BEBON has been engaged in the piping industry as a professional manufacturer and supplier of steel plates, ship plates, corten steel, pressure vessels, A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel steel pipelines, seamless pipe and ERW pipes since the inception. We provide integrated solutions to whole-package procurement covering miscellaneous ferrous and non-ferrous piping components. The products are widely used in oil & gas project, subsea or offshore platform piping, A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel chemical & pharmaceutical pipeline, power plant, sewage treatment, water supply piping, heat exchange application.

What is the difference between Q235 steel and Q345 steel? First, strength difference: the lower limit of yield strength of Q235 steel is 235MPA, and the lower limit of yield strength of Q345 steel is 345MPA (Q means "Qu" in Chinese characters, and the later value represents the lower limit of yield strength). Second, the chemical difference: the alloy content of Q235 steel and Q345 steel is different, Q235 steel is ordinary carbon steel, while Q345 steel is low alloy steel A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel.

Stainless steel is resistant to chemical corrosion, air or water and other weak corrosion media. Stainless steel covers ordinary stainless steel and acid resistant steel. A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel, Ordinary stainless steel is generally not resistant to chemical corrosion, while acid resistant steel is generally stainless. The use of stainless steel is mainly to maintain the original appearance of the building for a long time.

Alloy steel plate: The primary purpose of adding alloy elements to steel is to improve the hardenability of the steel, and it is easy to obtain martensite during quenching. The second is to improve the tempering stability of the steel to keep the martensite at a higher temperature, so that the carbides precipitated during the tempering of the quenched steel are smaller, uniform and stable. In this way, under the same conditions, alloy steel has higher strength than carbon steel, A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel.

SA516Gr.70 steel chemical composition (%):C≤0.30, Mn: 0.79-1.30, P≤0.035, S: ≤0.035, Si: 0.13-0.45. ASME SA516Gr.70 material is a carbon steel grade for medium and low temperature pressure vessels. In order to meet the different requirements of users and facilitate production management, the S and P requirements of steel grades are divided into three levels of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel, SA516Gr.70 pressure vessel steel is used to improve the notch toughness of welding steel plates for pressure vessels.

The company has sufficient stocks and complete specifications. The common carbon steel plates, marine plates, A573 Grade 58, 65, 70 structural steel and storage tank steel plates sold are all produced by large state-owned steel companies such as Shougang, Hegang, Taiyuan Iron and Steel, with quality assurance and worry-free after-sales. The company develops and grows under the concept of seeking innovation in stability and advancing with the times for development. After a short period of development, it has begun to take shape.

After-sales service team is a key department to test the steel quality. Product quality is always the foundation of our survival and development. The company's full inspection from raw materials to finished products; and implements standardized, scientific, and strict internal quality control and management systems in accordance with the process flow during the production process; products can only leave the factory if qualified, and follow-up problem solving systems are implemented in after-sales services to guarantee the customers’ interest.
