When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials A573 Grade 65 carbon plate. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
The metallurgical quality of spring steel should reach the level of high quality steel. Due to the special requirements of production parts, A573 Grade 65 carbon plate, spring steel must have some characteristics. First, the fatigue resistance of spring steel is good, and it can be restored to its original state after repeated use without deformation. Second, good flexibility. Third, the tensile strength of spring steel is good, under the limit of being stretched, it can be restored without breaking.
GB standard wear resistant steel plates parameters: The standard for Chinese wear plates is GB/T 24186, which includes NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550, NM600 etc. steel grades. According to the standard, the NM400 plate thickness is no more than 80mm, and hardness is 370-430HBW. A573 Grade 65 carbon plate, NM450 plate thickness is no more than 80mm, and hardness is 420-480HBW. NM500 plate thickness is no more than 70mm, and hardness is 470HBW min. And NM600 plate thickness is no more than 60mm, and hardness is 570HBW min.
