Our company's technical department is the core department of the whole company. There are a group of very professional technical personnel. They provide some architectural drawings according to the ideas of customers, and they are responsible for how to select the right materials. Including the evaluation of steel products such as multi steel plate, a573 grade 58 carbon-manganese-silicon steel and steel pipe, grasp the whole production process, and strictly follow the production standards and customer quality requirements.

Compared with ordinary carbon steel plate, manganese steel plate has the following advantages. First, a573 grade 58 carbon-manganese-silicon steel, manganese steel plate is convenient for welding and processing. Second, manganese steel plate has good heat resistance, and can be processed into various containers. Third, manganese steel plate has good toughness. It is not easy to fracture and has long service life. Fourth, the performance of manganese steel plate is good at low temperature. It will not fracture because of temperature, so it can be used in cold areas.

As per JIS G3101 standard, the Carbon (C), Silicon (Si) and Manganese (Mn) content of SS400 steel plate are not controlled. Phosphorus (P) content of a573 grade 58 carbon-manganese-silicon steel, JIS SS400 steel plate is 0.050% Max and Sulphur (S) content is 0.050% Max. The SS400 steel melting point is 1430 Degree Celsius, Brinell Hardness is 160HB, density is 7.85g/cm3, Young’s Modulus is 190-210Gpa. The strength and elongation of JIS SS400 steel plate varies with thickness. Generally, the tensile strength of SS400 steel plate is 400-510 Mpa. Elongation is above 21%. Yield strength ≥245Mpa for thickness≤16mm. When the JIS SS400 steel plate is thciker than 100mm, the yield strength shall not less than 205Mpa.

After-sales service is an important part of measuring a product good or not. After sales service can't be ignored. Good service can really make consumers feel relieved. We have always done a good job in after-sales service, so as to bring consumers a better reference when purchasing and a better experience during use of our steel materials. We will call back and follow up the performance of our steel products regularly.
