Standing at a new historical starting point, we adapt to the requirements of supply side structural reform, adhere to the overall strategy of "innovation driven, quality leading, loading A633 Grade C quality improving and efficiency increasing, transformation and development", and constantly improve the development concept and development level with a forward-looking vision and grand vision. Now we have been ranked the loading A633 Grade C International leading steel materials supplier.

The company produces and export steel plates and steel section products of various materials all year round. The width of the loading A633 Grade C thin plate is 500 - 1500 mm; the width of the thick plate is 600 - 3000 mm. Steel plates are classified by steel type, including ordinary steel, alloy steel, spring steel, stainless steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, bearing steel, etc .; according to use, there are shipbuilding plate, pressure vessel plate, wear resistant steel plate, bridge builidng steel, corten steel plate, and pipeline steel plate.

Spring steel has good fatigue strength and can be restored to its original shape after repeated use without deformation. Because the spring has good ductility, it can be changed back to its original state no matter how long it is stretched. Spring steel has good elasticity. In addition to being made into springs, spring steel can also be processed into swords, which requires good elasticity also. loading A633 Grade C, Spring steel has good tensile strength and can be restored without breaking under the limit of being stretched.

Composition characteristics of low alloy structural steel, loading A633 Grade C: (1) Low carbon: the carbon content of low alloy structural steel is less than 0.20% due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold formability. (2) The alloy elements such as manganese are added. (3) The addition of Nb, Ti or V and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of Nb, Ti or V forms fine carbides or carbonitrides in the steel, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of low alloy structural steel. In addition, adding a small amount of copper (≤ 0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%) can improve the corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of rare earth elements can remove sulfur and gas, purify the steel, and improve the toughness and process performance of low alloy structural steel.

T11 steel is a steel grade produced according to American Standard ASTM A213. T11 steel is used for boiler, superheater and heat exchanger tubes with minimum wall thickness. Chemical composition of ASTM A213 T11 steel: C 0.05-0.15, Si 0.50-1.00, Mn 0.30-0.60, P, S ≤ 0.025, Cr 1.00-1.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of ASTM A213 T11 steel: tensile strength ≥ 415 Mpa, yield strength ≥ 170 Mpa, elongation ≥ 30%. The main ASTM A213 steel pipe grades are A213 T11, A213 T12, A213 T22, loading A633 Grade C, etc.

The after-sale service of iron and steel products includes after-sale tracking service, technical guidance, transfer of relevant bills, handling of objections and many other contents. The handling of quality objections accounts for a large proportion. When dealing with these problems, we should distinguish the responsibilities, and compensate or return the inconvenience or loss caused to users due to steel.
