Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.

Although S460ML section steel, low carbon steel has excellent plasticity, toughness and processing technology, its strength is low and its corrosion resistance is not strong enough. On the basis of ordinary low carbon steel, the low alloy structural steel with high strength, high toughness, good weldability and corrosion resistance can be obtained by adding a small amount of alloy elements and the total amount is less than 3%. Manganese is the main additive element in this kind of steel, and its content is about 1% ~ 1.6%.

S460ML section steel, Q345 and Q345B are steel numbers. The differences are as follows:1. Q345 is general and does not indicate the quality level; Q345B is clear and the quality level is B.2. Q345 does not require to inspect the impact performance; Q345B requires that the impact performance at room temperature is qualified (impact at 20 ℃).3. Q345 does not indicate carbon content of steel; Q345B carbon content is 0.20%.Q345 refers to carbon structural steel with yield point (σ s) of 345MPa. The following letters indicate the quality level, including A, B, C, D and E.
