At the same time, the effect of reducing the ductile brittle transition temperature of steel by fine grain strengthening is used to counteract the adverse effect of carbon nitride precipitation strengthening on the rise of ductile brittle transition temperature of steel, so that the ASTM A283 Gr.D boiler plate, low alloy high strength steel can obtain high strength while maintaining good low temperature performance.
