SA387 GRADE 12 Class 2 steel is equal to EN13CrMo45, DIN 13CrMo44 grade.

EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate delivery status: Heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment delivery status should be specified in the contract. EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate equivalent materials: JIS SCM440, AISI 4140, GB 42CrMo, SA573 Grade 58 structural steel bar etc. EN10083-3 42CrMo4 steel plate has high intensity, high hardenability, high fatigue strength and good low-temperature impact toughness.

There are semi-automatic flame cutting, fully automatic CNC cutting, laser cutting and water cutting. The thickness range of steel plate that can be cut is 20650mm. In terms of SA573 Grade 58 structural steel bar steel plate cutting types, there are Q235B common plate, Q345B low alloy plate and 45 carbon bonded plate.

SPA-C steel with the thickness range is 1.2-150mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the SA573 Grade 58 structural steel bar, SPA-C steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. SPA-C steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 325 MPa, tensile strength more than 450Mpa.
