Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.

Normalizing treatment can be ordered, but those greater than 2 inch (50 mm) in thickness must be delivered in normalizing state. A515 Gr 70plate and sheet are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, boiler and other industries. It is used to make reactor, heat exchanger, separator, spherical tank, paint tank, liquefied gas tank, nuclear reactor pressure shell, boiler drum.

Delivery status: 16MnDR steel plate is normalized or normalized and tempered. 6-60mm16MnDR-40℃ impact, 60-120mm16MnDR-30℃ impact.
Ultrasonic testing of 16MnDR steel plates: The SA573 structural carbon steel Grade 58 plates delivered in the normalized or normalized and tempered state with thickness greater than 20mm and the steel plates delivered in the quenched and tempered state with thickness greater than 16mm shall be ultrasonically tested one by one.
