A573gr.65 steel sheet, Hot-rolled flat steel is a potential-rolled long steel with a rectangular cross-section for general use. Hot-rolled spring flat steel is mainly used to manufacture leaf springs for automobiles, tractors, railway transportation and other machinery. The thickness of the flat steel is 8-50mm, the width is 150-625mm, and the length is 5-15m.

They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.

Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.
