Wear resistant steel plate has high wear resistance:The thickness of wear-resistant layer of wear-resistant steel plate is 3-12mm, the hardness of wear-resistant layer can reach HRC58-62, the wear resistance is 15-20 times of ordinary steel plate, 5-10 times of low-alloy steel plate, A573 gr 58 carbon structural steel, and 2-5 times of high chromium cast iron. The wear resistance is far higher than spray welding and thermal spraying.
TMCP process is an important means to improve the comprehensive properties of steel. It can be used to produce ship plate, vessel plate, boiler plate, bridge steel, etc. Compared with the normalized steel of the same strength grade, TMCP can reduce the alloy content of the A573 gr 58 carbon structural steel steel, reduce the carbon equivalent and improve the welding performance. Then the customer sell the machine to south America and European market. This Vietnam company purchase more than 100 ton stainless steel from us every month.
