The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.
The metallurgical quality of spring steel should reach the level of high quality steel. Due to the special requirements of production parts, ASTM A573 Grade 58(A573 Gr 58) sheet, spring steel must have some characteristics. First, the fatigue resistance of spring steel is good, and it can be restored to its original state after repeated use without deformation. Second, good flexibility. Third, the tensile strength of spring steel is good, under the limit of being stretched, it can be restored without breaking.
There are many kinds of heat treatment processes for wear-resistant composite plate, ASTM A573 Grade 58(A573 Gr 58) sheet, and they are applicable to different ranges. For example, direct quenching and low-temperature tempering can not refine the grain size of steel, the quenching deformation of workpiece is large, and the surface residual austenite volume of carburized parts of hardfacing wear-resistant composite plate is more, and the surface hardness is lower. It is suitable for gas carburizing and liquid carburizing.
The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons ASTM A573 Grade 58(A573 Gr 58) sheet stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
