Every after-sales service shall have a detailed record of the customer's product problems and handling methods. The records shall be sorted into volumes and filed on a monthly basis, and submitted to the technical department for filing. The problems found in the after-sales service shall be summarized in a timely manner, discussed with the technical department, the quality inspection department and the production department, and a proper solution shall be proposed for the technical department to improve in a timely manner;

20G steel is boiler steel, which is similar to No. 20 carbon steel. The difference is that 20G steel has higher and stricter inspection standards than SA573 Grade 70 raw material, No. 20 carbon steel for harmful impurities and internal defects. That is to say, 20G steel is specially produced for boiler pressure vessels. It is special purpose "No. 20 carbon steel". The use of 20G steel to make boilers is not because it is more resistant to burning than other steels such as SA573 Grade 70 raw material, but because of its strength, toughness, ductility, weldability, temperature influence, fatigue fracture, price and cost, etc. 20G steel is most suitable for use in medium and low pressure boilers.

Both the cross rolling method and the extrusion method must first heat the tube blank or ingot, and the steel tube produced is called hot rolling tube. Steel pipes produced by hot working can sometimes be cold worked as required. There are two methods of cold working: one is cold drawing, that is, drawing the SA573 Grade 70 raw material steel pipe through the drawing die to make the steel pipe gradually thin and elongate; the other is cold rolling, which is the method of applying the hot rolling mill invented by the menesmann brothers to cold working. The cold working of SA573 Grade 70 raw material seamless steel pipe can improve the size accuracy and finish of steel pipe, and improve the mechanical properties of materials.
