Q215 steel has good plasticity and weldability. Q235 steel has certain strength, plasticity, toughness and weldability. Q235 steel is easy to punch and can meet the use of steel structure. Q255 steel has high strength, good plasticity and weldability, and its application is not as extensive as Q235 steel. Q275 steel has high strength, poor plasticity and weldability. Q275 steel is used for shafts, connecting rods, gears, keys and metal components with high strength requirements.
Quenching is a common heat treatment process. It is the metal heat treatment process in which the SA573 Grade 65 angle bar metal workpiece is heated to a proper temperature and kept for a period of time, then immersed in the quenching medium for rapid cooling. Quenching can improve the strength and hardness of steel in a large range, and adjust the coordination between SA573 Grade 65 angle bar strength and hardness, plasticity and toughness. Quenching is generally used as the final heat treatment.
We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel SA573 Grade 65 angle bar sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment.
