They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our SA573 Grade 70 carbon steel structural tubing quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

At present, the cutting thickness limit of laser cutting is 20 mm. However, it should be noted that oxygen will be added into the laser beam to cut 20 mm thick SA573 Grade 70 carbon steel structural tubing steel plate, which will form a thin oxide film on the cutting surface, which may affect the cutting quality, Therefore, attention should be paid to this point to avoid problems.

42CrMo steel plate is an ultra-high strength steel plate, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing steel.
