15CrMo steel belongs to Pearlite Heat-resistant steel, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature (generally not more than 600 ℃), and has certain hydrogen corrosion resistance. So ASTM A299 Grade A carbon steel plate, 15CrMo steel is widely used in petrochemical industry. However, due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloy elements in the steel, the hardening tendency of 15CrMo steel is obvious and the weldability is poor.
