API2HGr50 delivery status: steel is usually delivered in hot rolled or hot forged state. It can also be delivered in the state of heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or high temperature tempering). Annealing: The steel ASTM A573 carbon steel is heated to a suitable temperature and slowly cooled according to the heating time of different materials and specifications. Normalizing: Heat the steel plate to a suitable temperature and cool it in the air. Tempering: Keep the steel plate at an appropriate temperature for a long time while keeping it cool.

ASTM A573 carbon steel, low alloy high strength steel has good atmospheric corrosion resistance and is widely used in engineering structure construction. Most of the engineering structures are used in the atmosphere or marine environment. A small amount of Cu, Ni, Cr, P and other elements are added to the low alloy high strength steel, which effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the engineering structure in the atmosphere, sea water and soil. If 0.2% - 0.5% copper, 0.05% - 0.1% phosphorus and aluminum are added, the corrosion resistance of steel can be improved obviously, and the effect of adding copper and phosphorus at the same time is the best.

Chemical composition of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate: Carbon C: 0.08-0.15; Silicon Si: 0.17-0.37; Manganese Mn: 0.40-0.70; Sulfur S: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035; Phosphorus P: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035; Chromium Cr: 0.90-1.20; Nickel Ni: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030; Cu: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030; V: 0.15-0.30; Mo: 0.25-0.30.Delivery status of ASTM A573 carbon steel, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate: delivered in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non heat treatment status, and the delivery status shall be indicated in the contract.
