BBN offers differences between a573 grade 70 and a588 grade K steel to Spain

Our company can produce , EN10025-2 S355J2 structural steel plates and sheets up to 400mm thickness. S355J2 steel consists of S ( for structural steel), 355 (indicates the minimum specified yield strength value in MPa for thickness less than 16mm), J2( for a minimum impact energy value of 27J at -20ºC). EN S355J2 structural steel plates are suitable for cold flanging, delivery condition normalized rolled or as rolled.

Differences between a573 grade 70 and a588 grade K steel,There are a lot of ASTM standards for pressure vessel steel plates. Such as ASTM A204, A285, A302, A387, A515, A516, A517, A537, A612, A841, etc. Those ASTM steel plates have different thickness ranges. , ASTM A204 plates shall not thicker than 150mm. ASTM A285 plates shall not thicker than 50mm. ASTM A515 plates shall not thicker than 200mm. ASTM A517 plates and A537 plates shall not thicker than 150mm. ASTM A612 plates shall not thicker than 25mm. ASTM A841 plates shall not thicker than 100mm.
