According to the type of production, boiler tubes can be divided into seamless steel tubes and welded steel tubes. Boiler tubes are mainly used in pipelines, heating equipment, machinery industry, petroleum geological exploration, chemical industry and other fields. Because of the special purpose of the boiler tubes, the technical parameter requirements of the S235JR welded construction, boiler tubes are also different. Generally speaking, boiler tubes must have pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation and corrosion resistance, and high tensile strength.

Hot-rolled steel sheet / cold-rolled steel sheet: Steel ingots or slabs are difficult to deform at normal temperature and difficult to process. They need to be heated to 1100 ° C to 1250 ° C for rolling. This S235JR welded construction rolling process is called hot rolling. Rolling at room temperature is generally understood as cold rolling. However, from the point of view of metallurgy, the boundary between hot rolling and cold rolling should be distinguished by the temperature of metal recrystallization, that is, rolling below the recrystallization temperature is cold rolling; Rolling above the recrystallization temperature is hot rolling.

The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons S235JR welded construction stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
