Manganese steel plate is subdivided according to material grade: Q345A, Q345B, Q345C, Q345D, Q345E, carbon steel structural tubing. The main differences according to the classification are as follows: A needs no impact test, B needs room temperature impact test (20 degrees above zero), C needs zero degree impact test, D needs minus 20 degree impact test, and E needs minus 40 degree impact test. The most important characteristic of manganese steel plate is that under the condition of strong impact and extrusion, the surface layer rapidly hardens, but the core still maintains good toughness and plasticity, and the hardened layer has good wear resistance.

BBN steel had provided Grind plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in equipment, Engineer machinery etc. In 2018, one of our India customer visit our carbon steel structural tubing office and work shop to discuss Q235B Grind plate technical request, they have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing. As a result, they purchase carbon steel structural tubing 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. And have good comment on our quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.
