15CrMo alloy plate is a pearlite structure heat-resistant steel, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and A573 and A633 structural carbon steel has certain hydrogen corrosion resistance. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloy elements in 15CrMo alloy plate, the steel has obvious hardening tendency and poor weldability. The weight calculation formula of 15CrMo alloy plate: length × width × thickness × 0.00785 = kg / m. Delivery status of 15CrMo alloy plate: hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing, high temperature tempering, QT, etc.
The boiler steel is not only required to have good corrosion resistance at low temperature, but also required to have good oxidation resistance at high temperature for components working at high temperature. Especially for the components of superheater and reheater, when they A573 and A633 structural carbon steel work at high temperature, they are required not easy to be oxidized and peeled. Generally, the development speed of oxidation depth at working temperature is required to be less than 0.1mm/year. The addition of chromium, nickel, aluminum and silicon can improve the oxidation resistance of steel.
We exported 2150 Tons SG295 steel coils to Sudan. The Sudan customer is LPG cylinder manufacturer. Before our cooperation, he usually purchased SG295 steel coils from UAE and Turkey. And he got to know our company through our regular customers in Uganda, UAE, and his friends in China. Then he gave us the order. We invited the customer to visit us before contract, but he insisted to visit us when the A573 and A633 structural carbon steel goods are finished production. After inspecting the size, package in workshop and witness the lab test for the SG295 steel coils, the customer was very satisfied to our quality control and professional arrangement.
