Russia A633 Grade D mild steel inventory

We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.

The difference of mechanical properties between A633 Grade D mild steel, Q420D steel and Q460D steel:
The mechanical properties of Q420D steel: yield strength ≥ 420 MPa, tensile strength 500-680 MPa. The mechanical properties of Q460D steel: yield strength ≥ 460 MPa, tensile strength 500-720 MPa.

When phosphorus, copper, chromium, nickel and other trace elements are added to the steel, A633 Grade D mild steel, a dense and strong adhesive protective film will be formed on the steel surface, which will prevent the corrosion from spreading and developing inward, and protect the substrate under the rust layer, so as to slow down the corrosion rate. The amorphous spinel oxide layer of about 50 μ m ~ 100 μ m thickness formed between the rust layer and the substrate is compact and has good adhesion with the substrate metal.

Steel A633 Grade D mild steel exports fell sharply year on year. According to the data of the General Administration of customs, 7.811 million tons of steel were exported from January to February, a year-on-year decrease of 27.0%; 2.041 million tons of imported steel, a year-on-year increase of 2.1%. Steel prices continue to fall. According to the monitoring of China Iron and Steel Industry Association, China's steel A633 Grade D mild steel composite price index at the end of January was 105.48 points, down 0.58% month on month; at the end of February, the index continued to decline to 100.39 points, down 4.83% month on month.

A633 Grade D mild steel, modified steel shipping containers are being used to construct the Ras Abu Aboud stadium in Qatar for the 2022 Fifa World Cup. The stadium’s modular design, the first of its kind to be used for a World Cup. Designed by Fenwick Iribarren Architects, the stadium’s principle structure is formed of a steel frame similar to those used in large scale warehouse projects. This frame will be divided into sections allowing for modified shipping containers to be used as the main building blocks.
