A517 Grade Q steel is a low-alloy pressure vessel grade rolled steel plate that conforms to A20 manufacturing specifications; in an open-hearth under oxygen or via electric arc production. These plates have a maximum thickness of 32mm SA573 Grade 58 structural steel bar and must be subjected to robust heat analysis to verify its elemental composition. Process managers must carefully control the levels of carbon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, silicon, chromium, molybdenum, boron, vanadium, and titanium in order to guarantee compliance – thus performance.
In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel.
