The company breaks through the production limit of ultra-wide pressure vessel steel plates and can provide ultra-wide CrMo steel plates for pressure vessels over 5 meters. This breakthrough not only upgrades the manufacturing capacity of ultra-wide STM A573 structural carbon steel steel plates, but also greatly improves the safety of petrochemical refining pipelines, promotes the development of petrochemical industry equipment, and promotes the high-end manufacturing of ultra-wide pressure vessel CrMo steel plates.

Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.

27SiMn steel plate has high strength and wear resistance, high hardenability, good machinability, moderate cold deformation plasticity and weldability. In addition, the toughness of 27SiMn steel does not decrease much during heat treatment, but it has quite high strength and wear resistance, especially when water quenching still has high toughness; but this steel is highly sensitive to white spots and has temper brittleness during heat treatment. Tendency and sensitivity to overheating.

We supply 5800 tons A53 Gr B ERW pipes to Qatar for Qatar Integrated Railway Project - Green Line. This is the first Metro Line in Qatar, and it is located in Doha. Finally, we were chosen and finished the task exceeding their expectations.
