The difference between Q195 steel and 20# steel: A573 Grade 65 carbon steel sheet, Q195 steel is ordinary carbon structural steel, in which alloy elements are not specially added, and it is mainly used for construction and engineering structures. Q195 steel has low carbon and manganese content, low strength, good plasticity, high toughness, and good process performance and weldability. 20# steel is high-quality carbon structural steel. Alloy elements are not specially added to 20# steel, and it is mainly used in the manufacture of machine structures, and the amount of use is particularly large. 20# steel has higher strength than Q195 steel, good weldability, no temper brittleness, and its workability can be improved by water quenching.

BBN company is a modern enterprise integrating steel producing, warehousing and logistics, processing and distribution. We are committed to creating a "one-stop steel procurement service" platform. The main products are I-beam, angle steel, A573 Grade 65 carbon steel sheet , H-beam, hot-rolled coil, welded pipe, spiral pipe seamless pipe and many other steel products. Standing stocks amount to more than 30,000 tons, and complete specifications, the company gradually moves towards large-scale distribution enterprises with serialized products, standardized services and modern transportation management.

Non-destructive flaw detection of steel plates is a test method for inspecting the A573 Grade 65 carbon steel sheet surface and internal quality of the inspected parts without damaging the working state of the workpiece or raw materials. Commonly used A573 Grade 65 carbon steel sheet steel plate flaw detection methods include: X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, penetration flaw detection, eddy current flaw detection, gamma-ray flaw detection, fluorescent flaw detection, color flaw detection and other methods. Physical flaw detection is non-destructive flaw detection without any chemical changes.
