EN 10028-2 P355GH pressure vessel quality plate is produced in widths ranging from 1500mm to 4050mm and lengths ranging from 3000mm to 15000mm. P355GH plates are mainly specified in elevated temperature working surroundings and normally used to low strength welded boilers and pressure tanks&vessels.

The material composition includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, nitrogen, chromium, copper, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, titanium and vanadium. This special composition allows the P355GH plates to have high strength as well. Plates less than 16mm in thickness have 355MPa minimum yield strength and up to 650MPa minimum tensile strength. Larger plates with thicknesses over 150mm have 280MPa yield strength and up to 630MPa minimum tensile strength.
The P355GH steel material is normalized for strength after production and it is used in storage containers, transportation systems and in other structural applications of oil and gas industries, petroleum industries, petrochemical applications and in the chemical industrial applications.
