Q370qC, Q370qD, A573 Grade 58 plate manufacture and Q370qE are structural steel plates for bridges. It is required to have high strength, toughness and to withstand the load and impact of rolling stock, and have good fatigue resistance, certain low temperature toughness and atmospheric corrosion resistance. The steel for tie-welding bridges should also have good welding performance and low notch sensitivity. Used for the production of riveted and bolt-welded road bridges and railway bridges (including cross-sea bridges).
The mechanical properties of 20MnV steel are as follows: tensile strength 785 MPa, yield strength 590 MPa, elongation after fracture 10%, reduction of area 40%, impact absorption energy 55 J. A573 Grade 58 plate manufacture, 20MnV steel has good properties, good strength, toughness and plasticity, good hardenability and machinability. After carburizing, 20MnV steel can be directly quenched without secondary quenching to improve the core structure. The weldability of 20MnV steel is good, but there is temper brittleness at 300-360 ℃ during heat treatment.

When the first ship arrived, they inspect the steel plate and very happy with the quality we supply. Then they put another 1700 tons order, we sent to them within 90 days. Our company management group visit the customer in the beginning of 2016 and the visit is very successful.
