The company adopts the SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering international advanced management system, and has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and GB / T28001-2001 occupational health and safety SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering management system, and has realized the comprehensive integration of the three systems. In the future development path, the company will adhere to the guidance of scientific development concept, accelerate the implementation of six development strategies, namely, the main business development strategy, cost leading strategy, science and technology innovation strategy, management upgrading strategy, green steel strategy, and Harmonious Co construction strategy, promote the company's sustainable development, and build the company into the most competitive modern steel group.

We are an experienced oil and gas casing and tubing supplier in China. All casing and tubing products are produced in accordance with API 5CT steel grade. API 5CT casing SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering and API 5CT tubing for special applications are available.

SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering, 20CrMo alloy steel plate has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, little tendency of cold cracking, good machinability and cold strain plasticity. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is generally used in the state of quenching and tempering or carburizing and quenching. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is used to manufacture high-pressure pipes, fasteners and carburized parts, such as gears and shafts, working in non corrosive medium and medium containing mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen under 250 ℃.

The SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering, wear resistant steel plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer, and the alloy wear-resistant layer is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total thickness. The alloy wear-resistant layer and the base plate are metallurgically bonded. When working, the base plate provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.

NM500 wear plate is Chinese abrasion resitant steel. NM500 steel is equivalent to AR500, HARDOX500, XAR500 and so on materials. The surface Brinell hardness of NM500 wear plate is ≥470 HBW. The NM500 steel is consists of max. 0.38% Carbon, 0.70 Silicon, 1.70 Manganese, 0.020 Phosphorus, 0.010 Sulfur, 1.20 Chrome, 1.00 Nickel, 0.65 Molybdenum, 0.050 Titanium, 0.0005-0.006 Boron, min. 0.010 Als, etc.. According to GBT24186, the max. thickness of SA573 Grade 70 steel for marine engineering, NM500 wear plate is 70mm.
